Do this Deep Dynamic Stretch for Tight Hips and Low Back
I do this “dynamic style” stretch every day, and you should too if you can - especially if you have really tight hips. (A massive amount of my own flexibility can be attributed to this stretch right here.)

✅ It targets your hip flexors AND glutes AND hamstrings all in one easy sequence
✅ Instantly feels good!
I recommend it first thing in the morning to get the blood flowing and your muscles activating, and then again in the evening to undo the day’s body stresses.
Ease back and forth between the two position, gradually getting a teensy bit deeper each time. Aim for 5-6 reps per side.
